Browse through any bookstore today and you will find an array of
selections devoted to leadership. It seems that every noted speaker is
focused on leadership as their major topic. Ask any organizational
leader what is the most crucial factor in their organizations future
growth and nine out of ten will say leadership. With all this attention
focused on leadership, one would assume that the issue of leadership
has been well addressed.
